The core of our business is based in Bedford, but we have trainers across England who are excited to help you train your dog!

Meet the Team

I would like to read about:

DOG TRAINERS: JEN | EMMA | KIT | AJ | HOLLY
DOG WALKERS: BILL | RUBY
ADMIN: CAROLINE

Jen, Dog Trainer

Bedfordshire

Jen’s journey started because of her Belgian Malinois, Red, who sadly passed away in 2026.

She now proudly owns four dogs; Whiskey the Belgian Malinois, Churro and Gecko - both Dutch Herders - and Hector the Dachshund. Jen specialises in behaviour, obedience and house training. She is experienced in working with an array of behavioural problems including dogs who are reactive, dogs who pull on the lead and dogs with severe anxiety to name a few. Jen is extremely passionate about providing a space in the community for owners of reactive dogs to help rehabilitate them without judgement. She is also passionate about puppyhood; in helping owners get off to a great start with their new companion and avoid common pitfalls. In her free time, she enjoys sport dog training with Whiskey, Churro and Gecko.

Jen is constantly striving to provide a top quality dog service that provides the kind of professionalism and care she would want for her own dog.

Bedfordshire

Owner of Bryson the Hungarian Wirehaired Vizla, and Fig the Springer Spaniel.

Ever since Emma brought home her Vizsla, Bryson, she has been enthusiastically obsessed with learning about dog training, from gundog training to pet dog training to high level obedience.

Once upon a time, Emma was a client of Fetch Club’s, and we noticed her raw talent and keen eye for detail, as well as passion in that she would go above and beyond to take her own dog’s training to the next level.

Emma is now a full time dog trainer and walker who operates pack walks in Bedford as well as delivering training services.

Emma has a five star home boarding licence and operates Board and Trains from her lovely home in Bedford.

In her spare time, Emma trains her dogs Bryson and Fig in gundog training and attends shoots with them during shooting season.

Kit, Dog Trainer

Cambridgeshire

Kit is one our Board and Train specialists, and proud owner of German Shepherd Jessie.

He is a thorough, yet laid back trainer who prides himself on working well with clients as he has a background in tutoring kids and being an instructor in extreme sports.

Kit delivers Board and Trains from his home in a small village in Cambridgeshire, but is close to the city and loves to take the dogs on adventures with him.

In his spare time, Kit enjoys advanced training with Jessie, and spending time in the great outdoors - running trips as a rock and mountain climbing guide.

AJ, Dog Trainer

Buckinghamshire

Owner of four sport dogs (Dutch Herders and Bull Herders), Toast, Taco, Kiwi and a puppy (so brand new she isn’t named yet!), AJ is a dog fanatic.

AJ is an excellent behavioural trainer, and particularly enjoys working with very complex cases such as car chasing, aggression and dogs that many trainers would struggle with.

A no-nonsense dog trainer who keenly and honestly works in close conjunction with clients to transform the lives they have with their dogs.

All the dogs in the Board and Train program will go with us wherever we go, and AJ can often be found training a even the most aggressive of dogs to hang out politely in coffee shops, or recall perfectly in busiest of parks.

AJ and Jen live together in their beautiful countryside home where all the dogs are loved and treated as their own.

In his spare time, AJ trains his dogs in PSA training alongside Jen, and is a certified PSA decoy.

Bill, Dog Walker

Bedfordshire

Bill is one of our dog walkers and owner of Weimaraner, Becka, and Rhodesian Ridgeback, Simba.

Bill’s main role is to deliver structured pack walks throughout the week. Here at Fetch Club we like to look at the big picture for every dog we work with. That includes ensuring that our pack walks are not only fun for all the dogs, but that the standards of training we believe in are kept up with, so that owners still get a calm, well mannered dog to hang out with outside of their walks.

Bill is the embodiment of this system, knowing that his own dogs benefit from proper socialisation, but still being calm, polite dogs in the pub or their own weekend walks. Bill treats and loves every dog as if they were his own.

Ruby, Dog Walker

Bedford

Ruby is one of our dog walkers and owner of foster-fail, pug Seamus.

Ruby delivers structured pack walks throughout the week, and has a calm and easy-going energy whilst also being hard working and enthusiastic, which all shows in her interactions with the dogs. Her natural connection with dogs and nature shines through on every walk.

The pack walk dogs love Ruby, and it’s easy to see why. Having joined the team in 2026, and being the youngest member of our team, she brings a spark of energy and positivity that is infectious to both dogs and people.

Holly, Dog Trainer

Northamptonshire

Holly is one of our Board and Train specialists and dedicated owner of greyhound, Junior, and Portuguese Water Dog, Finan. Holly has a five star home boarding licence and operates Board and Trains from her lovely home in a market town in East Northamptonshire. Holly is a practical, compassionate and ambitious person who loves being outdoors with dogs. Holly particularly enjoys polishing behaviours in basic obedience and working on house manners.

  • Currently working towards a Diploma in Level 4 Advanced Canine Behaviour from the British College of Canine Studies

Caroline, Admin Assistant

Bedford

Having originally booked her own Jack Russell mix Monty in for training, Caroline has been a member of the Fetch Club family for many years, and has returned to the team in 2026.

Caroline is not only Queen of our diaries, but a friendly and brilliantly organised administrator. She is the first person you’ll hear from when you get in touch, and helps manage enquiries and communications so that the trainers can stay focused on helping dogs and their owners.
